Successful Projects

Lighting Manufacturer’s Sales Implementation

Analyzed requirements and configured Salesforce.com Sales Cloud implementation for a major Lighting manufacturer.  Initial rollout for the Americas supported ~150 users in 3 geographical units.  Utilized multiple currencies.  Developed and delivered customized training materials.  Designed and built integration with manufacturing and order processing systems.  Created custom objects and applications to support critical business requirements.

Customizations

Developed literally 1000’s of custom objects, triggers, APEX classes, flows, process builder apps, VisualForce pages, Lightning Components, email templates, etc.

Salesforce Data Integrations

Created Data Mart of key SFDC objects (accounts, opportunities, orders, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.  Designed and developed SFDC integrations with Oracle ERP systems, including accounts, contacts, products, orders and quotes.

Corporate Contract Lifecycle Management

Technical lead for Apttus CLM implementation.  Managed customizations to meet client business requirements.  Built SFDC community to allow unlicensed users to submit contract requests.  Designed and developed integration between Apttus and Legal Tracker (formerly, Serengeti) systems.
